Payment Processing

Orders are only processed and dispatched after full payment has been successfully completed. If a payment fails or is declined, the order will not be processed.

Refunds

If you are entitled to a refund, for example after an approved return, the refunded amount will be processed within 14 days after the returned item has been received and approved. Refunds are always issued via the original payment method used for the order.
